Join a dynamic team dedicated to financial integrity and operational excellence! We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to review and process invoices from Extended Network Providers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers, this role is for you. Potential hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), set schedule can be from M-F 6am-5 : 30pm.

What You'll Do :

• Audit and reconcile provider invoices based on contractual terms
• Authorize or deny payments; prepare adjustment forms for non-authorized charges
• Process paper invoices and supporting documents received via email
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Respond to provider inquiries and maintain accurate records
• Weekly reconciliation of processed invoices

What You Bring : Must-Have Skills :

Basic accounting and math knowledge

Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Excellent communication and time management skills

High School Diploma or GED

Nice-to-Have :

AA degree

Previous Accounts Payable experience

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
