Our client is currently seeking California's best and brightest HVAC / Plumbing Project Managers to join their team.

Job Description :

As an HVAC / Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial HVAC / Plumbing construction projects, overseeing all aspects from scheduling and budgeting to coordinating with stakeholders. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in California.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Commercial HVAC / Plumbing Construction Projects.
• Oversee project schedules, billings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Obtain the best pricing and ensure on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Collaborate with Owners, General Contractors, and Subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with the Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA teams, and field helpers.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
