Overview
GovCIO is on the lookout for a talented CRM Specialist to become part of our dynamic team committed to delivering transformative features. This is a remote role aimed at engaging skilled candidates across the Continental United States (CONUS).
Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions designed to meet business goals and enhance customer relationship management strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless integration and functionality.
Create and code applications by adhering to both functional and technical specifications using Microsoft tools and frameworks.
Modify and customize Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, forms, views, and dashboards to match business needs.
Integrate plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and PowerApps to extend functionality.
Optimize existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Assess system requirements, including input / output specifications, information flow, software and hardware dependencies, and alternative solutions.
Propose system enhancements and best practices for improved CRM performance and scalability.
Conduct data migration, cleansing, and integration with other systems such as ERP, SharePoint, and Power BI.
Work alongside business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Engage in code reviews and design sessions to uphold standards and specifications.
Provide end-user support and training to foster user adoption and ongoing improvement.
Document all programming processes, operations manuals, and user guides according to company standards.
Develop testing plans, execute unit and system tests to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Maintain version control, deployment scripts, and comprehensive configuration documentation.
Support all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and development to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications in Dynamics 365.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum processes.
In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Experience working with Azure.
Familiarity with code versioning and project management tools (including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Teams, etc.).
Proven experience in a remote working environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Prior experience with VA and / or other Federal Agencies.
Understanding of the VA Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP) project management methodology.
Experience in Power BI.
Clearance Required : Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability / Public Trust clearance.

Posted Salary Range
The displayed salary range reflects what we expect for this position upon hiring, but actual base pay may vary depending on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Salary Range : USD $81,850.00 - USD $110,000.00 / Yr.
