Job description

Job Title : CDL Driver / Operator

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $24-$30 / hr.

Job Description :

Plycrete is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a CDL Driver / Operator. Open to hiring candidates with a CDL license but no CDL work experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps efficiently and safely to deliver concrete to various job sites.
  • Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, ensuring machines are in optimal working condition.
  • Handle routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operations.
  • Utilize mechanical skills to maintain and repair machinery.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth concrete pumping process and successful project completion.
  • Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements :

  • Mechanical inclination and understanding of machines.
  • Physical fitness with strong endurance and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts for large pours.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training to become a highly skilled Boom Pump Operator.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Valid US Driver's License with CDL and Reliable Transportation.
  • Clean driving record
