Job Description

Our Client seeks an attorney with 4 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience for the corporate / tax group.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a broad practice of corporate transactional work, including private equity M&A and financings, joint ventures, strategic alliance transactions and restructuring for investment funds.
• Candidates should have an interest in broad-based transactional work.
• Experience with tax work is a plus.
• Candidates should have top US or Canadian academics and law firm credentials.
