Accounting Manager
Job Description :
Accounting Manager Summary : As the Accounting Manager you will manage the accounting process and accounting team.Desired qualities include self-motivated, strong work ethic and ability to work as a team.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage AP and AR process
- Manage and assist accounting team
- Provide reporting to the team members
- Monitor and analyze job cost reports
- Manage month end procedures and reports
- Oversee the ERP system, maintaining it’s smooth operation
- Other accounting duties and ad hoc duties as required
Required Qualifications :
Accounting Manager Qualifications :
- 3+ years experience accounting background, construction industry highly preferred
- Experience working and managing a small team
- Full knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
- Understanding of accounting terminology
Accounting Manager Skills :
- Construction industry background desired
- Strong technology skills including QuickBooks online and Procore, or similar program a must
- Excel skills
