Position Summary

As a Workers’ Compensation Claims Associate, you will :

• Conduct investigations and assessments to determine claim validity
• Work closely with injured workers to guide them through the claims process
• Collect, review, and maintain proper documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures
