Position : Marketing Specialist

RQAW | DCCM is looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist in our overall marketing efforts, including proposal development, copywriting, graphic design, and digital marketing. This role will be an integral part of RQAW’s growth and collaboration with all RQAW | DCCM disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
• Collaborate with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including social media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
• Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as event planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
• Design layouts incorporating text, iconography, images, etc., to deliver desired message
• Write and / or review proposal portions such as cover letters, project approaches, and project descriptions.
• Review designs for quality assurance before printing / publishing
• Collaborate closely with marketing team and project teams to coordinate proposal needs and transform content into desired final product
• Execute consistent company identity through document templates, letterhead, and logo usage.
• Execute production effort such as printing, copying, binding, and electronic media.
• Execute final formatting, assembly, packaging, and delivery.
• Analyze website traffic, marketing campaigns, and other promotional efforts to determine effectiveness and reach
