We are seeking a Home Care Coordinator / Scheduler to bring experience and value to our team!
Summary :
The Home Care Coordinator / Scheduler must be energetic, kind, organized and professional while working with our clients and staff for admissions, ongoing scheduling, customer service and satisfaction.
Schedule :
M-F business shift. Call requirement as needed.

Education :
High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses / Certification :
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Licensed drive with an insured automobile in good working order
Experience :
2+ years Scheduling / Office experience in a healthcare setting required
Responsibilities :
- Create, manage and maintain staff and client schedules
- Discern client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests, and care plans
- Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes
