Logistics Clerk

As a Logistics Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our traffic function to ensure smooth operations. This is a 1st shift position working from 12 : 00 noon to 8 : 30pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain multiple Traffic spreadsheets including shipping schedules, On-time metrics, Freight Auditing authorization, Intercompany Inventory Transfers, and more.
• Apply Masco-approved pricing software to establish most efficient shipping methods based on customer requirements.
• Provide outstanding assistance with service issues for both internal and external customers.
• Update Outbound and Retail Shipping Traffic logs, including log freight accrual / savings, prepaid moves, stock transfers, service reports, loading allowance, carrier discrepancies, airfreight, offline shipping requests, and carrier contact lists.
• Perform administrative duties such as checking customer websites, invoicing, submitting RPA's and PO's, reporting, tracking shipments, and contacting carriers.
