Senior Financial Analyst, Digital & Streaming

This role will have a variety of responsibilities, including owning several key budgets and supporting the simplification, streamlining and standardization of our financial processes. This role will serve as a seamless bridge between the operational leaders and finance organization, through monthly estimates, close, annual budgeting, and ad hoc projects. The right candidate will have some experience working in finance and can speak Spanish. The candidate should be proactive, efficient, and independent and bring a positive and collaborative attitude to the team. Applicants should be trained and qualified in the following areas :

Your Day-To-Day :

• Oversee several high visibility budgets, including closes, pacing, expense management and executive reporting.
• Lead initiatives to standardize, streamline and automate all budget management across our team.
• Support all FP&A process activities, including pacing, financial uploads, reporting and communications.
• Assemble monthly financial reports, including revenue and expense analyses, for presentation to the CFO and DTC leadership.
• Work in partnership with HR and senior leadership to oversee, forecast, and optimize the headcount budget.
• Lead regional analysis of the DTC business and develop actionable operational strategies to drive key business initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional finance teams to align on monthly and year-end financial results, ensuring accuracy in cost allocations and interdepartmental reporting.
• Build processes for dynamic reporting capabilities, tracking metrics, operating reviews, product owner views, etc.
• Work with Legal, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Accounting, etc. to drive business operations and find efficiencies within those processes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for DTC leadership, including revenue, margin analyses and cost saving initiatives.

You Have :

Professional work experience of +3-4 years in digital / media finance.

Financial and / or accounting skills required.

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative / analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Business, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent experience.

Excellent excel skills, model building and a strong analytical background.

Willingness to learn in a dynamic, high-paced and rapidly changing industry.

Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and strong communications skills.

Spanish language ability highly desired.
