Vamonos IT is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and forward-thinking Computer and Information Systems Manager (Junior) to join our fast-growing technology team. As a key contributor to our IT operations, you will help ensure the seamless functioning of our systems and support the ambitious digital strategies that drive our business. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with a passion for technology management and a desire to develop their expertise within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Remote work authorized, with occasional travel to customer facilities / company meetings as required. Full-Time; work will begin September 20th, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and directing computer-related activities within Vamonos IT.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and security of all desktop, server, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior IT managers to streamline system processes and ensure operational efficiency.
• Participate in the assessment and selection of new technologies relevant to organizational needs.
• Help establish IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security across all platforms.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Contribute to IT project management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends, recommending improvements and upgrades as appropriate.
• Participate in regular audits of IT assets and systems.
• Support internal Vamonos IT initiatives and operations as needed.
• Support the Vamonos IT business development initiatives and team.
• Engage / complete continuing education / certification processes as prescribed by customer and / or Vamonos IT.
