You will learn how to connect with prospective buyers and sellers, identify their real estate needs, manage incoming opportunities, and develop relationships that lead to appointments and transactions. Through access to Zillow Flex connected systems and opportunities, you will gain practical experience with client engagement, timely communication, and consistent follow up while learning how successful agents build a reliable pipeline of business.

Working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will become familiar with property showings, market research, pricing strategies, buyer consultations, listing presentations, and contract negotiations. You will develop a better understanding of the Long Beach coastal market while learning how to provide knowledgeable service and create a positive experience for clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Compensation:

$165,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
• Follow up consistently with active opportunities to move conversations toward appointments.
• Participate in property tours to gain firsthand experience in showcasing luxury real estate.
• Research local market activity to stay informed and provide clients with up-to-date insights.
• Communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional service and foster trust.
• Learn from experienced agents by observing their management of opportunities and daily activities.
• Utilize systems connected to the Zillow Flex program to enhance client communication and follow-up strategies effectively.
