Sr. Procurement Advisor

Overview

GenScript Biotech Corporation is a global biotechnology group with a focus on gene synthesis and related services. ProBio provides end-to-end CDMO services in cell and gene therapy, vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drugs, supporting drug development from discovery to commercialization.

Please note : This role is based fully onsite in Pennington, New Jersey. The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Material / CAPEX / Service procurement.
• Responsible for purchasing and cost reduction initiatives.
• Internal / External customer focus to address issues.
• Implement negotiations and contracts, collaborating with the relevant partners to optimize terms, cost and deliverables, ensuring the quality of service / goods, and mitigating risks.
• Maintain relationships with key functional managers and their teams to ensure understanding of their needs and to facilitate the appropriate level of challenge.
• Responsible for MSA, annual contract, and bid management.
• Comply with global procurement standard operating procedures, policies and file systems.
• Review supplier performance against contracted obligations, service levels and business requirements.
• Maintain material code and other configurations in ERP / SAP, S2P programs.
