About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant for a solo, rural locum tenens assignment in Oregon. This 120-day opportunity begins on Oct 27, 2025, with day shifts Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm. Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive primary care as a solo provider in a rural FQHCDeliver care to complex patient demographics, including those who do not primarily speak EnglishManage a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespanUtilize Epic as the EMR system for all patient documentationEnsure high standards of patient safety and quality of careParticipate in shadowing and onboarding activities while credentialing and insurance enrollment are in processDemonstrate prior experience in rural health settings as requested by the clientAdditional Information
Minimum 5 years of primary care experience requiredMust have active Oregon licensure with no pending malpractice casesPrior rural health experience is strongly preferred and should be highlighted in your applicationAbility to work independently as the sole provider in a rural environmentBenefits
