Job Details New York City's vibrant La Grande Boucherie is hiring for Sous Chef!

La Grande Boucherie is seeking an  experienced   Sous Chef  who has excellent communication skills, is organized and detail-oriented. The Sous Chef is responsible for helping to produce high-quality plates in both design and taste and ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets company standards.

Background in French cuisine highly preferred.

Our latest location, LA GRANDE BOUCHERIE aims to become a Parisian square in Midtown and one of the most authentically French dining destinations in Manhattan. This one-of-a-kind brasserie evokes the optimism from the turn of the century and is our largest and most esteemed restaurant.

    Our concepts are intricate and intentional. As we grow in New York City, we are also growing across the US! We are proud to have invested in the city over the past 10+ years and are looking forward to creating future spaces that embody our passion for timeless tradition.
