A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs and provide additional product offerings
Demonstrate empathy while managing claims for customers involved in accidents
Navigate multiple computer systems effectively while multitasking during customer interactions
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years of post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not already licensed
Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed
Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet
Computer must be connected via cable to the router or modem
