IM Solutions is searching for an AV / IT Program Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV / IT Installation department (installatio, engineering and service / maintenance) with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

- Operations Manager Key Responsibilities : 1.
Program Management :
Coordinate, manage and prioritize all projects and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis for three departments - Installation, Engineering and Service / Maintenance.Lead and manage department managers to achieve KPI success criteria.Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion 2.Team Leadership and Development :
Manage AV / IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.Provide leadership and guidance fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedured toenhance operational; efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. 3.Customer Relationship Management :
Act as the primary point of contact for customers to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience. Essential Duties You'll Need to Fulfill :

Other duties may be assigned as needed.Lead and manage all Line of Business (LOB) projects and associated processes Lead weekly LOB meetings Lead weekly EOS L10 department meetings Work closely with Leadership team to set and / or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, processes, and procedures Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints Work collaboratively with all IM Solutions staff for the greater good of the company Required Qualifications :
