Dispatcher 1

A company is looking for a Dispatcher 1 to coordinate and manage the deployment of field service personnel and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule, route, and dispatch teams to meet customer needs and service requirements

Monitor real-time operations, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate with field staff to resolve issues

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship

Minimum of 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

0-1 years' experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the telecom industry

Familiarity with dispatch software and understanding of safety regulations related to field service operations required
