Job descriptionAdminister prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Provide basic bedside care, including taking vital signs and assisting with hygiene. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Accurately document all nursing services provided in electronic or paper charts. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania. CPR / BLS certification (required). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Pay Rate : $25 - $30 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available :
- 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
- 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
