Role Overview

Arcadis seeks experienced UXO Technicians III for upcoming munitions response and range clearance projects across the United States and US Territories. This is a general job posting for talent pooling-applicants may be considered for present and future assignments.

All candidates must meet the requirements of DDESB TP-18 (latest version) for the desired position.

Key Responsibilities

As a UXO Tech III, you will :

• Supervise and execute all MEC-related activities on project sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Perform all duties of UXO Tech II and UXO Tech I roles as needed
• Support the planning, execution, and completion of munitions response and range clearance activities
• Identify, locate, and properly handle unexploded ordnance (UXO), munitions, and explosives of concern (MEC)
• Oversee field team performance and mentor junior UXO staff
• Ensure compliance with project work plans, safety protocols, and federal / state regulations
• Complete field documentation and reporting in accordance with project and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with project leadership, clients, and regulatory stakeholders

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The pay rate for this position is $35 to $45 / hr.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
