This is a 13-week assignment with a work schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday.

Schedule

  • Monday : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (9.5 hours with a half-hour lunch)
  • Tuesday : 7 : 15 AM - 4 : 30 PM (9.25 hours with a half-hour lunch)
  • Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 AM (3 hours)
  • Thursday : 7 : 15 AM - 4 : 30 PM (9.25 hours with a half-hour lunch)
  • Friday : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (9 hours with a half-hour lunch)

Requirements

  • Experience : A minimum of three years in Ophthalmology.
  • Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Education : Successful completion of a medical terminology course.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification : Certified Ophthalmic Technician certification awarded by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO).
  • Education : Graduate of a medical assistant program with successful completion of a medical terminology course.

  • No on-call, float, or weekend duties.
