Job Summary :

The Artisan Pasta Maker / Prep Cook is responsible for the daily production of fresh pasta, with a focus on extruded pasta, for a high-volume culinary operation. This role also supports the kitchen team with general prep tasks to maintain efficient production and service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce a variety of fresh pastas from scratch, including extruded and hand-shaped varieties
• Operate and maintain pasta machines and related equipment
• Prepare mise en place and assist with daily prep tasks as directed by culinary leadership
• Maintain consistency, quality, and portion standards in all pasta and prep production
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Assist in inventory management and ingredient organization
