What You Will Do In This Role

Will report into the Sr. Director, External Reporting.

Review / oversight of external reporting process for SEC filings.

Review consolidated financial statements for Form 10-Qs, Form 10-K / Annual Report and preparation of MD&A for inclusion in these filings. Includes all financial statements, including statements of cash flow, and footnotes, including EPS.

Provide external reporting deliverables to senior management team prior to filing with the SEC.

Maintain documentation and support for all public reporting requirements.

Review quarterly earnings press release, including consolidated financial statements, non-GAAP measures, and outlook for future periods.

Assist in providing information required by Investor Relations for quarter and year-end requirements, including input in investor presentations.

Serve as a key resource for technical accounting support for the global organization.

Interact frequently with global accounting and finance management, providing guidance on complex accounting matters.

Assist in implementing new accounting standards.

Work closely with external auditors regarding audit requirements related to all SEC filings.

Oversight of internal controls within external reporting process.

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have :

Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

7-10 years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.

Demonstrated business acumen.

The base salary range for this position between $117,000 and $175,500. CIP is 8%, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
