NeyerCincinnati, OH, USFinancial Analyst As the newest member to the Finance and Accounting team, the Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will collaborate with fellow employee-owners from Design Build construction, Real Estate Development, Capital, Finance, Accounting, Legal and Human Resources. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for recurring and ad hoc financial analysis, supporting forecasting and budgeting of a complex and growing business and providing business application support to financial systems. - Serve as a liaison between Finance and Real Estate Development, Design Build (construction), Capital, and various shared-service teams to dig into internal and external data, uncover trends and insights and provide recommendations to drive business decisions
- Own analysis, and forecasting reporting to provide analysis and explanation of significant trends and contribute to the presentation of periodic financial results to management
- Provide support to Senior Finance Manager to maintain financial models and systems that drive financial budgeting and reporting process, and facilitate enhancements to those models and systems
- Complete ad hoc or special projects upon request to support company-wide or departmental project initiatives
- Play an integral role in the Company’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance and as well as support the Company in analysis and execution of strategic initiatives
- Assist with quarterly presentation materials for Board of Directors’ meetings.
- Streamline routine analysis and reports through automation and quality improvements.
- Ensure integrity of historical and projected data used in financial models
- Assist in administration of financial systems
- Complete ad-hoc projects and presentation decks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
Safety Hazard of the Job Normal safety hazards associated with office work, and with occasional observational visits to construction sites. Physical Demands Low physical effort required to sit, stand at files, bend, stoop, lift, and walk. Maximum unassisted lift is 35 lbs. Average lift is less than 10 lbs. Requires ability to use a keyboard and monitor. Also requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone. May require some travel by car or plane. Environmental Requirements Average inside office environment. Average office noise levels. No personal protective equipment is required. Ambient temperature is between 68F and 76F.
