Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 40

Call Requirements : 0

Required Certifications : RN, LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHA (any of these) (Must have IN state license)

Must Have Skills / Experience : Ability to work in fast paced environment

Preferred Skillset / Experience : Performing assessment for incoming patients to see if they meet admission criteria for inpatient

Common Diagnosis / Treatment : Addition, Mental Health

Personality Fit : Type A

Required Education : Nursing degree or Masters in counseling degree
