Physical Therapist | Inpatient Rehab

Job Description

Provides physical therapy services to patients ranging in age to prevent, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Responsible for treating inpatients. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments / services accordingly. May work with patients on an individual and / or group basis using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Schedule :

• Full-time | Flexibility in hours available, to include option of 80 or 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
• Monday- Friday | Every 4th weekend and rotating holidays | 8am-4 : 30pm

Qualifications :

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Waite Park and relocate within 30 miles of Waite Park.
