BlueHalo is seeking Systems Engineers in our Acquisition, Tracking, and Pointing (ATP) Division. The ATP Division of BlueHalo is responsible for next generation EO / IR and Directed Energy (High-Energy Laser) system development.

Systems Engineers in this division collaborate on small and large teams working on a variety of tasks including :

• Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirement's Specifications, Interface Control Documents, System Integration Plans, and Test Plans
• Being responsible for the requirements generation, analysis, decomposition, and review with customers
• Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system / subsystem requirements specifications
• Manage system requirements and lead design / development activities
• Develop system architecture and system design documentation
• Communicate with other program personnel, customers, and senior executives
• Support lab and field test / acceptance testing
• Develop Interface Control Specifications for High-Energy Laser and EO / IR systems and support systems

You’re required to have this

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer
• Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
• Experience with EO / IR systems
• Strong technical writing skills applicable to engineering documentation (analysis reports, specifications, requirements documents,
• Demonstrated strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change based on project needs
• Multi-tasking and ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks
• Experience executing system programs from concept development and program kick-off through post-delivery support
• 15% travel

Desired Qualifications :

• Active Secret or Top-Secret DoD security clearance and eligibility
• Master's degree Engineering
• Experience with Military Systems
• Experience with Directed Energy Systems
• Knowledge of how to use general lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DSA, function generator, lab supply,
