Key Responsibilities :
- Fabricate metal and wood sign cabinets and components according to precise dimensional drawings.
- Prepare and paint surfaces using two-part paint, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Work with aluminum and steel, demonstrating abilities in both TIG and MIG welding.
- Proficiently use power tools such as table saws, miter saws, routers, shapers, planers, and band saws.
- Install, connect, and test low-voltage wiring, lighting, and controls.
- Responsible for installing the fabricated products as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required on job sites.
- Utilize technology for project status tracking, familiar with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Fabrication experience required (ask us if your experience qualifies!)
- Experience with HVLP paint tools and techniques.
- Ability to perform repetitive actions using various body parts.
- Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a workshop environment, handling tasks that require precision and attention to detail.
- Basic technology skills familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
Requirements :
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen on day 1.
- Background screening.
Ideal Candidates will also Possess :
- Extreme reliability and consistency.
- Prior experience in a similar fabrication role.
- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
