Job descriptionOperate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to excavate, grade, and compact earth within specified parameters Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols and regulations Work with the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Maintain a clean and organized work site Communicate effectively with supervisors, and job site personnel Proven 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator of : Excavator, Skid Steer Loader, Backhoe, Dozer, and other Earthmoving equipment High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license and clean driving record Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and safety consciousness No criminal misdemeanors in the last 5 years or criminal felonies in the last 7 years Willingness to travel from time to time if the project requires Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan / 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Stable, year-round work Opportunity for advancement

Job Description :
Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and trenchers for underground utility projects
- Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise and accurate work
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment
- Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and crew members to meet deadlines
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to excavate, grade, and compact earth within specified parameters
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and regulations
- Work with the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, and job site personnel
