Schedule : MondayFriday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM. Pay rate : $22-24.

We are currently seeking a Care Team Supervisor to support our home care teams. This individual will help guide caregivers, support clinical excellence, and contribute to operational success. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide daily support and oversight to a team of home care professionals
• Monitor care delivery and assist with implementing quality improvement programs (QAPI)
• Foster positive communication and collaboration across the care team
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelines
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and administrative duties as needed
