Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN - ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC - Evansville, IN

Are you an energetic and results-driven LPN looking to make a positive impact on workplace safety and health? Join our team and support our on-site occupational health and wellness services in a large manufacturing facility in Evansville, IN. Standard shift is 5am-1pm or 6am-2 pm, Monday -Friday. No scheduled holiday's or weekends.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Providing treatment as appropriate to employees for both work and non-work-related injuries or illnesses
• Support the emergency response team by leading meetings, conducting clinical education, and ensuring worker safety
• Manage disability and workers' compensation claims, ADA accommodation request, acting as a liaison between employees, HR, and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with early intervention specialists and conduct ergonomic assessments to minimize discomfort and injuries
• Lead or participate in wellness activities such as health fairs and blood pressure checks
• Keeping accurate, detailed documentation related to injury reports, treatment notes, and evaluations
• Conduct employee surveillance screenings
• Other duties as assigned by manager
