What We Need

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst who will play a key role in our FP&A team. In this role, you will be a key business partner collaborating across multiple departments to drive deeper financial, operational, and strategic insights. You will be responsible for supporting forecasting, financial reporting, and operational data analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical and is comfortable working with both financial and operational analysis. This role will be hybrid, based out of our Scottsdale, AZ office.

What You'll Do

• Be a key contributor to our financial models and key metrics by continuously improving our processes and analysis.
• Building new reports for financial and operational purposes by combining data from multiple sources and uncovering insights into the business.
• Contributing to our month end reporting and variance analysis.
• Engaging directly with leaders and budget stakeholders across the organization to facilitate forecasting of key operational spend areas including compensation and vendor spend.
• Work closely with our business intelligence team to create and monitor financial and operational reports.
• Identifying and driving process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Supporting ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
