General Function

The Sr. Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives to define, plan and implement new end-to-end customer integrations as well as establish, maintain and implement a clear roadmap to enhance, scale, and continuously develop existing programs.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Leads customer discovery sessions, RFP, and business requirements documentation
• Translate business and customers' needs into detailed requirements, document existing processes, and lead SMEs to define and implement standard and robust solutions that are sustainable in the future
• Work with project team and SMEs to identify technical solutions and constraints to propose best course of action
• Review implementation of process and systems enhancements, and lead implementation of key initiatives
• Build business cases with commercial team, lap operations, and the business, and lead projects through internal stage gate funding process
• Ensure knowledge transfer across the organization promoting a virtuous improvement cycle
• Lead high complexity Supply Chain projects with large project teams (20+)
• Report on project progress in a clear, consistent and concise manner to executive leadership
• Design project plans that match the overall strategy of the Lab Network Services and Operations Teams.
• Communicate and work effectively with the Key Accounts team to escalate any issue affecting project launch delivery when needed.
