Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 / 5 : 00 PM (depending on lunch break)
Pay Rate : $19.00 / hour
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator who’s proactive, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting internal teams and responding to client and provider needs with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Be Doing :
A little bit of everything — and all of it important :
Provide responsive, friendly support to clients, providers, and internal teams
Monitor and manage the Customer Service email inbox (BRCS)
Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the right contacts
Track, maintain, and update provider and vendor databases
Request and organize W-9 forms and other essential documents
Assist with bill processing, data entry, and system updates
Generate reports and send updates to clients with accuracy and timeliness
Support state reporting and assist with regulatory compliance
Jump in on special projects and assist departments as needed
Keep supplies organized and troubleshoot basic system issues
Maintain confidentiality at all times (HIPAA compliance required)
