What You'll Do:

1. Provide supervision and guidance for residents during skills building and daily activities.
2. Develop and implement individual treatment plans for residents.
3. Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene.
4. Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship.
5. Update resident case notes on a daily basis.
6. Ensure an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times.
