Job Title : Program / Project Manager Location : Minneapolis, MN Contract Length : 12 months Rate Range : $62- $67.85 / hr on W-2 Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the US TOP REQUIREMENTS : - 5 years experience - Project management expertise, Effective communicator and coordinator, stakeholder relationship building JOB DESCRIPTION : - Responsible for independently and objectively directing and managing the overall work efforts of a program and project team, ensuring proper controls are in place and processes are followed and deadlines are met. - Manages projects from initial intake through post production Familiar with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to help guide requests to completion and utilize critical thinking to plan out sub-tasks to complete the project correctly - Hosts weekly Intake calls with Stakeholders and Business Line requestors - Hosts weekly Status call with the team to identify roadblocks and move work forward Relationship building : - Builds bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders while serving as a liaison - Coordinates project team size of more than 20 team members, consisting of AEM Authors and Content Strategists, SEO and SiteCat / Tealium tagging partners - Promotes collaborative relationships across project team members and requestors - Able to address issues via direct one-on-one dialog with project resources Process and Controls : - Ensures project governance is established and observed - Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes project plan activities - Provides oversight to meet established process and timely completion of requests - Refine requests and add clarification of the requests in a clear, concise, and relevant fashion for program / project stakeholders - Authors project requirements for repeatable requests to ensure process is followed Our benefits package includes : Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) retirement plan and much more!
