Service Request Specialist
DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Service Request Specialist. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient person to provide end user support for our managed services operation. The successful candidate will submit requests to vendors and resolve tickets. When necessary, the Service Request Specialist will cross-train and participate in other responsibilities of the Contact Center team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Submit MACD requests (moves, adds, changes, and disconnects).
- Submit vendors orders to request equipment on behalf of DMI customers.
- Update systems assets.
- Assist with activation of mobile phones.
- Monitor vendor responses to resolve tickets.
- Oversee the organization of our ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Assist other teams with overflow work.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or the equivalent.Prefer 1-2 years of experience working for a mobile carrier such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, & Sprint.Desired Skills / Experience :
Ability to work independently without relying on significant management oversight.Proficiency to use Microsoft Office products.Proficiency in typing, expected minimum of 40 words per minute.Experience working for a mobile carrier or equivalent preferred.Additional Requirement(s) :
Regular and reliable attendance.Ability to work overtime to complete projects as needed.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Multitasking skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.The ability to utilize critical thinking to complete tasks.Ability to secure public trust security clearance.Location : Training will be completed onsite in our Sharonville, OH office. Once training is completed, the position will be remote.
Hours : The team is looking for flexible availability for 1st and 2nd shift, as well as weekends. Schedules will rotate on a 90 day basis.
