Blue Hen Route is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking enthusiastic, reliable team players to deliver Amazon packages. As a DSP, we are an independent business that partners with Amazon to provide outstanding last-mile delivery service.

Our Delivery Drivers work hard to ensure every Amazon order is delivered safely and on time to customers’ doors. We are currently hiring for part-time opportunities .

Job Description

Shift Details :

Approximate hours : 9 : 45 AM – 7 : 45 PM

Shifts are 8–10 hours per day

Part-time shifts available Thursday–Sunday (weekends required)

Compensation & Benefits

$23.25 / hour + bonus (if applicable)

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Must be able to work weekends (Thu–Sun)

Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages

Reliable commute to Wilmington, DE or planning to relocate before starting (Preferred)

No prior delivery experience required—training provided!

Schedule

10-hour shifts

Day shift only

Weekends required (Thursday–Sunday, every weekend, or weekends only)

Qualifications

Delivery Driver – Basic Requirements

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Valid driver’s license in the state of employment

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Delivery Driver – Duties & Responsibilities

Safely operate the delivery vehicle at all times

Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information

Drive and work in varying weather conditions

Load and unload packages for delivery

Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
