We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in managing complex projects, building relationships, and ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of commercial and residential construction projects on tribal lands, from planning through completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with tribal and federal regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with tribal leaders, clients, architects, and engineers.
- Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and Estimators to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Buildertrend software daily for project management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, tribal, and company safety standards.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to company-wide operational improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, including both commercial and residential projects.Experience working on tribal reservations or with tribal governments strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency with Buildertrend or other construction project management software.Knowledge of Southern California building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.What We Offer
