Insight Global seeks a dynamic Manufacturing Excellence Engineer or Industrial Engineer for a chemical client in North America. This role involves extensive travel (80-90%) to various manufacturing sites, supporting digital transformation and excellence improvement projects. Reporting to the Transformation Project Director within the Composite Materials GBU, the engineer will assess industrial improvement potential, set challenging targets, and deploy change management methodologies. Responsibilities include training local Change Agents, sharing best practices, implementing improvement plans in production, quality, and reliability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The engineer will also track project results, enhance the Production Management System, and regularly align with ME Leaders in the GBUs.

Education : B. S. Industrial Engineering
5+ years of experience in an Industrial Engineering Role (Ideally within the Plastics / Chemicals / Aerospace / Pharma or Automotive Industry)
Ability to travel 80% of the time
Familiar with demanding (GMP, automotive ) quality standards and their impact on product lifecycle.
Familiar with the industrial environment, results-oriented and culture of continuous improvement.
