Commercial Dive Supervisor

We're looking for a Commercial Dive Supervisor who can take the lead. You'll be in charge of planning and executing all daily diving operations, with a focus on team safety and development. This job involves nationwide travel and the chance to represent our company on challenging, one-of-a-kind projects. What You'll Do

• Lead and Mentor : Guide a team of divers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Safety First : Enforce rigorous safety protocols, including conducting daily safety meetings to address site-specific hazards.
• Operational Excellence : Plan and execute all daily diving operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet our high standards.
• Quality Control : Uphold company standards for all customer projects, including cleaning, inspection, repair, and reporting.
• Communication : Maintain effective communication with your team, upper management, and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Management : Complete daily paperwork, including logs, reports, and work orders, accurately and on time.
• Travel and Adaptability : Be prepared for extensive year-round travel and to work in various climates and demanding conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
