What You’ll Do :

• Maintain rental properties & assist with remodels
• Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and carpentry
• Fix outlets, sinks, toilets, furnaces, blinds, and more
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across facilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00 / yr.

Paid health, PPE, tools provided,

Vacation and PTO from day one. Company van and cell phone, gas paid for on call.
