Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to help manage day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure our building systems and amenities are functioning at their best.

Position Summary :

As the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the upkeep of the condominium's common areas, building systems, and residents' service requests. You will also help coordinate a team of maintenance staff and vendors to ensure high-quality service and timely responses to issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in supervising daily maintenance operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of the building systems, common areas, and equipment to identify issues and ensure proper functioning.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests / work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Help manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise and assist maintenance technicians and security personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment logs, and supply inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, building codes, and condominium policies.
• Provide coverage in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
