Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Help Desk professional for a contract engagement in St. Louis, MO. This person will be working as a part of a team to provide Tier 1 Help Desk Support, general IT Troubleshooting, and printer support.
The ideal candidate will be positive, dependable, and willing to learn.
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience providing IT Help Desk Support to end users
- Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs and Laptops (Windows 7 - 11)
- Office365 / Outlook experience
- Experience supporting printers and peripherals
