Closing Disclosure Specialist

A company is looking for a Closing Disclosure Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and issue accurate Closing Disclosures to borrowers within federal regulatory timelines

Review loan files for accuracy and perform pre-closing quality control reviews

Communicate with loan officers and other parties to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

One to three years of experience in mortgage closing, processing, or a related field

A high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred

In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry regulations such as TRID, RESPA, and TILA

Experience with a mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
