Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
- Assisting clients with claims, billing, and endorsements.
- Conducting annual account review on all assigned accounts.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
Requirement
- Already have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License.
- Insurance customer service / account management experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
