HVAC Service Manager

Top 10 national mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Manager for its Nashville, TN office. The company specializes in process piping, boiler systems, industrial equipment, ventilation, and HVAC services across multiple industries including healthcare, technology, and education.

Role Overview

• Lead a team of HVAC technicians to meet service demands and maintain customer satisfaction
• Drive service growth through maintenance agreements and contract bid estimates
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize technician scheduling and part procurement
• Communicate job progress, labor hours, and material needs to clients and leadership
• Maintain vendor relationships to manage warranties and equipment performance
