Responsabilidades:
• Ejecute turnos de manera efectiva para brindar excelente comida y excelente servicio al cliente.
• Asistir al gerente general en la operación general del restaurante
• Construir y mantener una cultura positiva y un ambiente amigable
• Demostrar un modelo de rol positivo y efectivo para los miembros del equipo
• Liderar equipo como coach y mentor
• Apoyar el desarrollo de un equipo de alto rendimiento
• Mantener el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos y de seguridad alimentaria
• Gestión práctica en un entorno divertido y de ritmo rápido
