Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture

Partner with leadership to enhance operational effectiveness and align culture with strategic goals

Assess and improve organizational systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with values

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership experience in culture-building and organizational strategy within a nonprofit

Experience in leading organizational change and embedding equity-minded practices

Background in human resources, finance, or related operational management

Proven ability to use data for continuous improvement in organizational health

Strong facilitation skills and experience working with diverse groups and perspectives
